How to Create an Email Signature in Roundcube
A signature adds your name, role and contact details to every message automatically. Roundcube webmail makes one in a minute.
Step-by-step
- Log in to webmail at yourdomain.com/webmail and open Roundcube (see accessing webmail).
- Open Settings → Identities and click your email identity.
- Find the Signature box. Toggle the HTML signature option if you want formatting (bold, links, colour).
- Enter your details — name, title, company, phone and website — keeping it concise.
- Click Save. New messages will include the signature automatically.
- Set it to appear on replies/forwards too via the composing options if desired.
💡 Good to know
- Keep signatures short — four to six lines is plenty.
- Each device/app has its own signature; set one in your phone and desktop client too for consistency.
- Avoid large images in signatures — they bloat every email and can trip spam filters.
