How to Access Webmail (Roundcube)
Webmail lets you use your email from any browser — no setup needed. EconomicalHost servers include Roundcube, a fast, modern webmail client.
Step-by-step
- Go to the webmail URL: https://yourdomain.com/webmail (or https://yourdomain.com:2096 for the direct secure port).
- Log in with the full email address (e.g. you@yourdomain.com) and that account's password — not your cPanel password.
- Choose Roundcube if asked to pick an application (you can set it as default so this step disappears).
- Read, reply, organize. Roundcube supports folders, drag-and-drop, search, address book and attachments up to the server limit.
- Set your identity. Settings → Identities → set your display name and signature so outgoing mail looks professional.
- Log out when done, especially on shared computers.
💡 Good to know
- Webmail and IMAP/POP show the same mailbox — anything you do in Roundcube reflects on the server.
- From the webmail home screen you can also reach autoresponders and forwarders for your own address.
- Webmail is ideal as a backup access method while travelling; for daily heavy use a desktop client via IMAP or POP is more comfortable.
