What do "Allocated Space" and "Total Storage Space" mean? ▾
Each plan's cPanel is created with 500 GB of allocated space, of which total storage space is 5 GB (New Bee), 10 GB (Starter) or 20 GB (Silver) — ample for business websites, and subject to our fair-use policy. We host business websites, not file-storage services.
Can I upgrade my plan later? ▾
Yes, absolutely. You can upgrade from any plan to a higher plan at any time. We'll prorate the difference and migrate your site at no charge.
Is cPanel really free? Are there any hidden charges? ▾
Yes, cPanel is included free with every shared hosting plan. The price you see is the total — there are no hidden setup fees or activation charges. Only 18% GST is added at checkout.
What is Imunify360 and why does it matter? ▾
