SERVICES OFFERED AND THEIR CHARGES WITH DEDICATED SERVERS

We are mentioning below the services and rates as offered to those opting for Semi Managed Services.
Included in Semi Managed Services is support limited to the extent that we will on clients request install OS security patches as
offered by Microsoft only. We will though try to assist customer with our best of efforts to secure the server and trouble shoot any basic
queries but incase of any support which needs technical assistance from USA we will be asking the client to buy support credits.

We calculate 1 Support Credit = 30 minutes

The credits are calculated on a monthly basis.

Minimum one needs to purchase 1 Credits for $30.
[Purchase of support credits needed is at the discretion of USA tech staff. We will inform the customer before hand about the same
before getting it queued to be solved by USA tech staff. The expected time needed to solve the issue is decided by the tech staff in USA.]
